La Gaviota is a deluxe ranch, owned by the family for three generations. Is a tipical ranch where 80% is agriculture and 20% is livestock, in120.000 hectares. Sunflower, sorgum and corn, are the seeds we grow, because the doves love them….
Acomodations
The main house, where up to 12 hunters can comfortably stay, has large grounds with a pool and both native and exotic trees, plus a terrace with exclusive views from which one can contemplate the incredible sunsets over the unending horizon.
The food is excellent, all home made. The vegetables, fruit, chicken and famous Uruguayan beef are produced at La Gaviota Lodge.
Drinks are always in the field and 24 hours open bar, also you can enjoy the excellent wine that Uruguay produces.
